Question 1

What is Plotex Theme Lab?

Accepted Answer

Plotex Theme Lab is a premium residential-plots development by Plotex, with internal roads, landscaped streets, a common plot and a gated entrance. The website hosts an interactive 3D site plan you can walk through in any modern browser.

Question 2

How do I see plot availability?

Accepted Answer

Tap the status legend in the bottom dock to colour every plot by status. Tap any plot to see its number, dimensions, area and current status (Available, Reserved, Booked or Sold). Status is updated live by the developer.

Question 3

How do I enquire about a plot?

Accepted Answer

Select the plot you're interested in, then tap the Enquire button. You can send your details through the in-app form or open a WhatsApp chat directly with the developer.

Question 4

Can I walk through the site plan?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Switch the orbit camera to walk mode for a first-person, ground-level view. On desktop use WASD + mouse; on mobile use the on-screen joysticks.

Question 5

Does it work offline?

Accepted Answer

Yes — install the site as a Progressive Web App (Add to Home Screen on mobile, install icon on desktop) and the viewer keeps working without an internet connection once cached.
